BODY MASS INDEX
BMI: Calculating your BMI can help you see if you have a healthy weight.

Slide 17 - Diapositive

BODY MASS INDEX
BMI is a simple way to calculate whether your weight is in proportion to your height, but it doesn’t always give a complete picture of your health. For example, it doesn’t take into account your muscle mass, bone structure, or where your body stores fat. Therefore, while it can be useful to consider BMI, it doesn’t tell you everything about how healthy you really are.
