English is everywhere!

It is the most spoken language in the world. You can find English in commercials and in the streets, you hear it in songs and on TV and in films, lots of books and texts are printed in English, many computer games use English and English is the international language of business and the internet. So, it's pretty useful to know English!

So, wherever you plan to go, you can probably use English!

Slide 11 - Diapositive

Have a guess.
How many people in the world speak English (approximately)?

Slide 12 - Diapositive

Uncountable!

Sometimes, you want to describe someone (because you lost the person on a busy festival, or you want to describe your perfect boyfriend or girlfriend or you forgot someone's name and want to describe him or her).
Look at the handout for example sentences.
Any questions?
