Blood plasma

- Blood plasma consists of:
- Plasma proteins

- Water 

- Dissolved substances

- Fibrinogen is an example of a plasma protein.

Red blood cells

- Red blood cells: carrying oxygen through the body.

- Haemoglobin: makes red blood cells red and can hold and release oxygen.

White blood cells

- White blood cells: kill phatogens.

- Two big differences between red- and white blood cells.

Platelets

- Platelets: are needed for clotting.
