In your review you must include: 
  • 6 literary terms -> see literary terms file in your studiewijzer
  1. Highlight these literary terms in your review 
  • Linking words -> see linking words file in your studiewijzer

Review how do you write one? 
This is roughly how to structure a review. Write between 140 – 190 words:
  • Meer woorden mag altijd!  
    1. intro (title/author/setting/main characters),
    2. brief description (some main events) don’t give away the ending!
    3. opinion (how do you feel about the story), Did you think it was entertaining, humorous characters, boring, etc.
    4. (overall) recommendations: I highly recommend this book because…
           I would not recommend this book because…….

    3 categories: Content (inhoud), Organization (organisatie), Language (taal)

    Content:  
    did the student express his/her opinion by using at least 6 literary terms? Did they express their opinion thoughtfully and logically?

    Ik wil je vragen om deel te nemen aan een klein onderzoek over de lessen Engels. Ik wil namelijk graag weten wat jij en je klasgenoten van de lessen Engels vinden. De antwoorden moeten mij helpen om de lessen nog beter te maken. Het zijn in totaal 30 vragen. Het invullen van de vragenlijst neemt enkele minuten in beslag. Niemand komt te weten welke antwoorden jij precies hebt gegeven.
