Een passive bestaat uit: 
  • vorm van 'to be' >>  am / is / are (t.t.) / was / were (v.t.) 
  • voltooid deelwoord >>  ww + -ed  / eigen vorm (3e vorm) 

Nadruk op wat er gebeurt, het is niet belangrijk / bekend wie het doet.
