Slide 6 - Carte mentale

Tips to improve speaking skills
1. Think out loud!
''That is a difficult question, let me think about that...' Let your partner know what you are doing to avoid an awkward silence!

2. Don't know a word? Don't worry! Explain it in English.
''You put your trash in it.''

3. Repeat sentences! No awkward silence and it gives you time to think about an answer. ''Oh, you are asking me about what I do for a living?''

4. Avoid saying ''uhm'' use one of these tips instead!
