Valkuilen

Er zijn een aantal woorden die door elkaar worden gehaald, waardoor je sneller fouten maakt in het Engels.

In de volgende dia's zullen deze woorden aan bod komen.

Doel: valkuilen herkennen en het juiste toepassen.

To = naar, aan
Too = te

Examples:

This present is from me to you.

To = aan, naar, te
Voor een werkwoord kan de betekenis 'te' zijn.

Its = van het (bezittelijk voornaamwoord van it)

It's = it is/has. Het is/heeft (samentrekking van twee woorden)
