Case 1: Your first Project

It was due yesterday November 1st. 

What was it? Two videos. One of you checking someone into a hotel, and the second was about  handling a complaint. 

How did I try to prepare(bereiden) you

-I sent you an email with the information about you what you needed to do

-I talked about it and showed you the case 1 document in class

-I made homework for you to practice solving complaints

-I always asked if you had any questions,

What I will change for Case 2. 

-I will give you all a quiz on what you need to do for case 2. (It will happen next class) To make sure you understand

-I will put a copy of Case 2 in the opdrachten in teams so there is no confusion (Verwarring) on where it is

I will not answer on Weekends

I answered a lot of questions this last weekend about the whole of case 1. You have the whole semester to ask me questions. I answered in my own private time, but I won't do that again. 

You all have a second chance! :)

-Even if you did not hand Case 1 in the first time, you will have a second chance. 

-I will try to have the first round of videos graded by next Wednesday

-The re-sit must be emailed to me by November 22nd,
