2 typen relative clauses:
Met onmisbare  informatie, zonder die info klopt de zin niet. Hier gebruik je geen komma's
                   She is the girl who won a million euros 

Met extra informatie, zonder die info klopt de zin wel. 
Hier gebruik je wel komma's, maar je mag nooit "that" gebruiken

       My friend, who lives in England, plays the guitar really well.

Bij onmisbare / belangrijke informatie kun je het woord which/who ook veranderen in that of weglaten.

Let op! Dan staat er nooit een komma in de zin!
I want the dress which the girl is wearing.

I want the dress that the girl is wearing. 

I want the dress the girl is wearing.
