Sexting is legal with mutual consent. This is also the case for minors (since 2020) as long as it's within an equal relationship and the footage is not shared.

How can we keep sexting fun and safe?

• Make sure to 100% trust someone (and know them in real life) so that you can make clear agreements beforehand
• Make sure you can't be easily recognised: no face, no personal items (or a clear view of your room). If the footage is forwarded, you will be less vulnerable 
• Save all chats and texts. If something does go wrong, you have proof of your communication
• Never ever forward footage, even if you don't know the people in it:  prevent perpetrators, not victims!
