Welcome back!

Today's class will be about writing, since the first exams will be writing and reading. We have already done some reading together, so let's do writing; specifically on how to write a letter of complaint.

Let's get this theoretical  part and put it into practice. 

There is a google form ready for you with a situation given. Try and write a letter of complaint with the new knowledge you just gained.
