Implied message
 An implied message is what the advertisement/commercial is suggesting about their product. It’s what they are suggesting their product/service can or will do, for instance the AXE commercials which somehow imply that every woman will love a man using AXE. Find another example, explain the implied message and either paste a link to the example or upload a picture of it.

SuperBowl advertising time is the most expensive time in the US: this year 30 seconds of time cost advertisers $5 million dollars, and that does not include the price of making the commercial. Watch all the commercials and select one to answer the questions that follow.

Test week preparation
You will be given three advertisements to prepare. You will analyse all three, using the questions from this powerpoint as much as possible. Create a list of bulletpoints (15 max.) per advert. At the start of the test, we will tell you which advert to talk about! We will expect approx. 8 minutes of analysis, after which we will have a maximum of 7 minutes discussion, where we will ask questions to clarify things if need be.
