Lesson goal:

- I can use the future tense correctly in a sentence 

Why did the tomato go to the supermarket?

Future

Because it wanted to ketchup on the sales!

am/are/is + going to + werkwoord

- iemand een voorspelling doet en er bewijs is

- iemand iets van plan is en dat dit al eerder afgesproken is

- He read the weather is going to be great next week.

- Look at the disappearing clouds, it is going to be sunny any moment now. 

will + hele werkwoord 

- voorspelling zonder bewijs

- iemand iets van plan is/ een beslissing maakt en dat op dat moment aangeeft

shall + hele werkwoord 

- vooral bij vragen en meestal bij 'I'and 'we' 

 

Marly: 'let's go on holiday with a group of friends!'

Patrick: ''What a great plan! We will invite our dear friends to come with us!'' 

I think that the weather will be fantastic tomorrow.

Shall I help you move the bed?

future present simple 

je spreekt over:

- tijdschema's 

- roosters

- dienstregelingen in de toekomst 

- My work starts at nine o' clock. 

- We stay in London for one more week. 

- The bus leaves in 30 minutes
