Present perfect
When to use: when we talk about something that started in the past and is still going on, or has a connection to the present.

How to make
Positive: Have/has + past participle (derde in het rijtje)
Negative hasn't/haven't + past participle
Question: have/haven't has/hasn't

Examples
I have lived here since I was 8 - I haven't seen him yet - 
Have you seen him? Hasn't she told you?

wanneer- when: when does she go to school
waar - where: where have you been?
waarom - why: why is he talking to her? - why isn't he talking to her?
