 1. Discuss in groups of three or four what most people do on holiday.   Agree on the three most typical activities from the list on p.16

2. Read the definition of responsible tourism. What things in exercise 1 would a responsible tourist do?

Examen Gesprekken Voeren

 Het gesprek moet ongeveer 4 minuten duren. De volgende punten moeten tijdens het gesprek aan bod
komen:

1. Begroet de klant op een passende manier.
2. Vraag hoe het met de klant gaat.
3. Vertel hoe het met jezelf gaat en hoe het met het bedrijf/de instelling gaat.
4. Vraag de klant naar zijn mening over jullie bedrijf/instelling.
5. Vraag de klant waarom hij/zij dit vindt.
6. Geef je mening over de samenwerking met de klant.
7. Nodig de klant ergens voor uit (denk aan: een personeelsfeest, een voorlichtingsdag, een beurs).
8. Maak een afspraak.
9. Neem afscheid van de klant
