Pre-flight checklist

Boarding duties

You are going to describe the duties you performed:

• Designating boarding positions to greet and assist passengers

• Able bodied passengers at rows by exits

• Head counts

• Cabin secure checks for departure, eg. arming doors

• Carry-on items stowed correctly

• Exit rows clear

• Toilets locked

Inflight service

We are performing the In-flight cabin service, subsequently you are going to describe the following items:

• Bar-service

• Food and drink service

• Duty-free/tax free service

Cabin secure check for landing

• Overhead compartment closed

• Galley secure

• Window blinds open

• Toilets locked

What are the duties on arrival? Make use of the following items:

• Disarming the doors

• Hand over paperwork
