Meeting Recordings: - Stored in OneDrive
Data Sharing
- Shared files and content are accessible directly through Teams, with permissions managed by SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Collaborate in real time using Microsoft Office apps like Word, etc within Teams.
Security and Compliance
Encryption: - Data is encrypted in transit
Access Controls: - Role-based access and policies ensure users only access what they’re authorised to.
Integration with Microsoft 365 Tools
- SharePoint - For file collaboration and storage.

Q5. Go to the Library
- Open Microsoft Word and use the template 'Weekly Homework Schedule'
- Fill in the basic details (Name, Subject you need to study for, month)
- Save the file (You will be coming back to use this document for another piece of work)
- Save the Document in your own One-Drive (Create a folder called T Skills) and take a screenshot - I will demonstrate this now
- Upload a copy of the document to your MS Teams Folder along with the Screenshot of the file in your One-Drive
- Send me a direct message on Teams to let me know you have completed the task.
