I/you/we/they usually don't do/eat/drink (don't + verb);       he/she/it doesn't do/eat/drink. (doesn't + verb)

Present Simple Form: 
I/you/we/they (verb)
He/she/It (verb + S)
Questions: a) Do/Does (he/she/it) + verb                b) can/will/should/must/may etc. + verb
Negatives: a) Don't/Doesn't (he/she/it) + verb      b) can't/won't/shouldn't/mustn't/mayn't etc + verb

Present Continous Form: to BE (am/is/are) + pronoun + VERB + ING
I AM
You/we/they ARE
He/She/It IS

Questions: Am/Is/Are + pronoun + verb + ING (i.e. Are you listening?)
Negatives: Am/is/are + pronoun + not + verb + ING (i.e. I am not listening.)
