Teacher example
I first wrote down on a note how many exams I had to print for each subject. I had already printed one version of each subject, so I took all of those to the copy room. There I started with the first subject. I put it into the copy machine and put in the settings I thought I required. I checked the first one that came out and that seemed to be correct. I stapled each individual exam and made stacks of each type of exam. I put a note on each stack describing the subject and level of the exams. I continued to do that until all exams were copied in the correct amount.

These steps seemed to lead me to the results I wished.

Teacher example
It did not. The next day my boss told me that in the morning they discovered that I had made a mistake and did not copy both sides. So, all exams only had the even pages. They had to re-copy everything in a hurry.

My task was not completed successfully. I declined instructions and did not check if I did my work correctly thoroughly enough.
