Look up some standard openings and endings

- Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully,

Avoid using contractions  or short forms

- are not instead of aren't

Don't overcomplicate your language
- 'I believe these issues will lead to a problem' instead of 'the issues higlighted are indicative of future failings'
