Student A: Apologise for being late. Student B: Does Student A sound sorry? If so, accept the apology.

Ask the class how many different ways they have to say sorry in their language(s). You could start by sharing the different ways in English, e.g. Sorry, Pardon (me), Excuse me, etc.
