Building WHS

Slide 1 - Diapositive

Project
  • You and your team will receive a building on WHS campus.
  • Your job is to identify what classes are taught in that building and what personnel or people sit in that building (you will include them in your building).
  • You will be using construction paper to build your building (on one side of the building draw what classes are in there). Think of this as a mural.
  • Once your building is built you will present it in ASL. You will sign what building it is, where it is located, what classes are in there, and who sits in the buildings.

Slide 7 - Diapositive

What does my building need to have?
1. Two rectangles with a joining roof (I'll show you an example)
2. People that sit in the buildings (create paper figures, or draw them in the widows), your roof will be removable
3. The building number
4. Doors, windows, room numbers
5. Mural on one side or front of the building showing what classes are taught

Slide 8 - Diapositive

Dividing the work
-Make sure you all contribute the same amount of time to this project
-Remember it is not fair if one person does the entire thing
-You are being graded individually
-Work with your team members strengths (are you better at designing, are you a great artist, do you like building things)
-You will turn in a paper stating who is doing what component and a form on fairness
-Everyone in your team will present
