Weather refers to the day-to-day changes in the atmosphere. Weather measurements can be used to create forecasts.
The weather forecasts are put together using data collected from lots of different locations. UK weather forecasts are becoming more accurate.
There are many instruments that are used to collect weather data. These include rain gauges, thermometers and anemometers.
