Assignment: Urban Legend

Think of a real cool story.... It is not true....but you can convince everyone...

Step 1- how to write an urban Legend

First answer the next questions:

• what or who is the story about?
• Where did it happen (place)?
• When did it happen (time)?
• How will it end?

Step 2 - how to write the beginning

The beginning of your story:

1. Come up with a title
2. Then write an intro: Tell where and when the story took place and who/what is in it: Also write it as if it is a true story.
   
   
   "This is a true story about an unknown beast in the ocean of Japan. It all started in the summer of 2000 in the middle of the night."

Step 3 - how to write the middle

The middle of your story:

1. tell what happened en how it happened.
2. Explain
   
   "Many guests disappeared during the summer holidays in Japan. They say that when you go swimming in the sea after 6pm a big beast will take you into the deep ocean. It seems that it is looking for someone to play with... or maybe it's hungry?There are some unclear pictures of the beast."

Step 4 - how to write the end

The ending of your story:

1. Is it a story with an open ending?
2. Give a warning
3. Tell to pass it on
   
   "It all started in 2000 and now every year in summer, people are disappearing. So when you're on holiday in Japan...never enter the ocean after 6pm!"  Please share this story  with all your friends!!!!

Step 5 - Look for pictures to match your story. 

Step 6 - Check

Now your story is finished...

Read it again and check if everything is well written.
