Criteria
  1. Content: has the task been completed? Is anything missing? Have they written something irrelevant?
  2. Communicative achievement: Formal register? (No contractions, no slang/colloquialisms)
  3. Organisation:  Is the writing put together well? Is it logical and ordered in paragraphs? Are linking devices used?
  4. Language: Is there a good range of vocabulary and grammar? Are these used accurately? Are a variety of tenses used correctly? Are there any spelling mistakes?
