What is nomophobia?

Definition = no-mobile-phone phobia: the fear of not being reachable by mobile phone always and everywhere.

Also known as a form of FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out).

Statement 1:

Mobile phones should be blocked as soon as you move faster than 15 k/m per hour.

Statement 2:

Everyone in my home should abide by the same rules when it comes to mobile phones: No phone at the table, traffic or going to bed with me.

Statement 3:

At school you are no longer allowed to sit on your phone and it has to be in your locker. If this is not the case there will be a punishment.
