grammar - present perfect simple vs continuous

present perfect continuous:

have/has been +verb + ing

have been working 

present perfect simple: have/has + voltooid deelwoord (derde rijtje onr ww.) 

-she has worked 

-I have taught English

do NOT use present perfect continuous with state verbs ( love, hate, enjoy, know, etc) 

I've know him for years

I have been knowing him for years
