Skeeter applied for a writing job, but it was denied. The lady advised her to get an entry level job. She got a job giving cleaning advice for a magazine. She asks for Aibileen's help. Ms Stein offered to read Skeeter's writing ideas. However, she rejected all of her ideas and told her to be more original. Skeeter learns that Constantine didn't quit but was fired, she misses her. C is living in Chicago, they used to send each other weekly letters.
