History of Hungary

Budapest

Budapest is the capital of Hungary and one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. It is famous for its thermal baths, including the Széchenyi and Gellért Baths, and its stunning architecture, such as the Hungarian Parliament Building and the Fisherman's Bastion.

Ask the students to name some landmarks or tourist attractions in Budapest. Show them pictures and ask them to describe what they see.

Cuisine

Hungarian cuisine is hearty and flavorful, with dishes like goulash, lángos, and chimney cake. Paprika, a spice made from dried and ground peppers, is a key ingredient in many Hungarian dishes.

Language
