LEGACY OF MAHATMA GANDHI

MAHATMA GANDHI

In India, he is officially given the honour of the Father of the Nation.

Every year his birthday, 2nd October, is celebrated as Gandhi Jayanti.

The united Nations General Assembly unanimously adopted a

 resolution by declaring October 2 as the International Day of Non- violence.

It is erected at the place where Indian laws are made.
