Hoe maak je een tag question?
1) Je neemt de persoonsvorm en het werkwoord uit de hoofdzin
2) Je draait positief en negatief om
3) je plakt het achter de hoofdzin

Is de hoofdzin positief? Dan is de tag question negatief:

You are from London, aren't you?

Puk has a brother,  doesn't she?
Is de hoofdzin negatief? Dan is de tag question positief:

Sue is not a friend of yours, is she? 

Your mum doesn't like ice skating, does she?

Wat doe je als er meerdere werkwoorden in een zin staan?
1) staat er een hulpwerkwoord (zoals can, will, could, may etc.) of een vorm van TO BE in de zin?  Herhaal dat werkwoord in de tag question.
Bijv: We can play video games tonight, can't we?
          Your sister isn't very tall, is she?

2) staat er GEEN hulpwerkwoord in de zin? 
Gebruik dan gewoon do/does, don't/ doesn't
Bijv: You know who he is, don't you?
          He has an older sister, doesn't he?
