Form Future Tense
1. Will + verb: I will help you do the dishes in a minute.

2. To be + going to + verb: He is going to marry her.

Form: will + verb
Ex. I will/shall, you'll they will not (=won't) go
For I and we -> you can also use shall
But in a question you have to use shall: Shall we start? 

When: for spontaneous, non=planned actions (such as an offer, a promise or a prediction) and general references to the future

Form: am/are/is + going to + verb 

When? 
  1. to say what someone is planning to do (intentie)
  2. for things that will certainly happen

    Example: Watch out! Those books are going to fall!
