  • Take out your notebook and a pen
  • Write down some (interesting) information about yourself, for example: things you love/hate, hobbies, your summer holidays etc.
  • Make sure that you include 2 things that are true and one thing that is a lie (don't make it too obvious)
  • Make sure it is enough to fill 30 seconds
