Introduction
A ratio is a way to compare two or more quantities. It tells us how much of one thing there is compared to another.

Slide 4 - Diapositive

Introduce the concept of ratios in simple terms. Give an overview of what ratios are and how they are used.
Example 1
Let's say you have 4 strawberry lollipops  and 3 sour apple lollipops. The ratio of strawberry lollipops to sour apple lolippops  is 4:3. This means for every 4 strawberries apples, there are 3 sour apple lollipops.

Slide 5 - Diapositive

Provide a relatable example of a ratio using apples. Explain the ratio in terms of the given quantities.
Example 2
In our classroom we 25 students, 15 are boys and 10 are girls. The ratio of boys to girls is 15:10 or simplified as 3:2.

Slide 6 - Diapositive

Give another example of a ratio using the number of boys and girls in a class. Show how to simplify the ratio if possible.
Slide 4: Multiple Choice Quiz

Slide 8: Recap and Conclusion
Today, we learned that a ratio is a way to compare quantities. We practiced solving simple ratio problems and explored real-life examples. Great job!

Slide 11 - Diapositive

Summarize the key points of the lesson and congratulate the students on their learning. Encourage them to continue practicing ratios.
