Ho-shi-wa
  1. Form a circle
  2. Wa! - slash the sword
  3. Ho! - catch the incoming blow
  4. Shi! - strike your neighbour

Ho - shi - wa!

Toss and go
  1. Form a circle
  2. Grab something to throw; preferably soft and weightless.
  3. Throw the object. The one catching says the past tense within three seconds

(to run) - ran - had run
After a few rounds we start the elimination round.
