When you are doing something right now:

- I am learning English

- You are listening to a story

- He is watching a TV show

Present Continuous

Always use a form of 'to be' and verb + ing

I am walking                                  

You are listening                         

He/she/it is talking                     

We are gaming                             

You are playing                             

However......

Verbs ending in e, drop the final e

hope-hoping

drive- driving

And......

Verbs ending with ie, change to y and add ing

die- dying

lie- lying 

Finally

Verbs ending with one vowel and one consonant, double the consonant and add ing

run - running

jog- jogging
