We're going to watch another clip from the stories of Julia Donaldson. This clip is called Room on the Broom. First, read the questions, then watch the film clip together with your classmates.

1. Watch the video. In the video, there are subtitles (ondertiteling). In the subtitles, some words are missing. Listen carefully to hear the words that are missing and write them down. When you are done, translate the words from English to Dutch and add them to your personal word list.

Task 7

“The Gruffalo” is a poem. In a poem, words often rhyme. For example book – shook/took/hook/look.

1. Think of as many words as you can that rhyme with the following words

            2. Now, make a poem in which you use at least 8 of the words you came up with in question 1. In your poem, also use the following Basics: present simple, present continuous, short answer, this/that/these/those, much/many/little/few/a little/a few.

You can make your poem as long as you like.

            3. Write a short sentence that rhymes with the sentence given.
