A chord is 3 or more notes played together as one sound

Chords is like the glue of the band
Chords add the feeling of tension, more tension or  no tension "home" to the music

2 types of chords: Major & Minor

A chord is usually major, if it's a minor chord, we add an extra m

Building a chord
A chord has 3 notes:
Root = name of the chord or chordsymbol
Third = third step on the scale
Fifth = fifth step on the scale
