Present Perfect 

Present perfect always starts in the past and has a link with the present.

I have eaten a lot today

Present Perfect continuous

Same as present perfect, but you're talking about an ongoing action

I have been eating  since 10 o'clock a.m.

Present Perfect (continuous) with "for" 

Example:

I have lived with him for two years./I have been talking to him for two hours

"for" indicates a period , for example "two years", "several days", "many weeks"

Now write at least 5 sentences in the present perfect with "for". 

You work alone & you have 3 minutes

Example: I have hated it for years.

Now check your neighbours work!

Check eachothers work.

Present Perfect (continuous) with "since" 

Example:

I have lived with him since 2019.

I have been talking to him since this morning.

"since" indicates a certain point in time, for example "January, the 2nd", "Monday"

Now write at least 5 sentences in the present perfect with "since".

Example: I have hated him since the day I met him.

No, correct sentence would be:

Is this sentence correct?

She has been having this bike since last year

No, correct sentence would be:

She has had this bike since last year

But why?

Because verbs like "like" and "have" are stative verbs; 

they describe a state (f.e. feeling, thought, possession),

 rather than an action (f.e. "walk", "do","speak")
