It's windy. Leaves blow past the man and the woman. 

It's snowing. There is a lot of snow on the road. 

It's hailing. Hail is frozen rain. 

It's cloudy. Two girls are running. They have an umbrella because it might rain. 

It's stormy. There is thunder and lightning.
