"Used to"

Je gebruikt 'used to' om:

- dat iets in het verleden regelmatig gebeurde (dus een gewoonte was), maar nu niet meer;

- dat iets in het verleden zo was, maar nu niet meer zo is.

In het Nederlands zeggen we 'vroeger'

Hoe zeg je dat je vroeger op voetbal zat?
