Tag questions

Wat zijn dat? Korte vragen aan het einde van een zin.

In het Nederlands zeg je vaak: 'toch?' of 'hè?'

Jij bent David, hè?

You are David, aren't you?

Zij is je zus, toch?

She is your sister, isn't she?

Het werkt als een soort batterij.

als in het eerste deel 'not'/ n't staat, staat dat in deel 2 niet en andersom.

You are Dave, aren't you?

You are not Dave, are you?

to be / to have / can / must / will

Herhaal het ww uit het eerste deel van de zin 

Kijk of je n't toe moet voegen

Gebruik de juiste subject pronoun: I/you/he/she/it/we/they/you

You are Dave, aren't you?
