• We use future tenses to say something about the future

• Future with will

• Future simple ( same as Present simple)

Future with will :

• We use future with will  when we're talking about predictions that you don't have evidence for 
• Offers, promises, agreements, announcements

• Will + infinitive

• I will help you with your homework.             (promise)
• It will rain and storm tonight.                          (prediction)
• Sarah will be home around seven.               (announcement)

Future with going to :

• We use future with going to when we're talking about predictions that you do have evidence for 
• When you (don't) have plans for the future

• Form of to be + going to + infinitive

• I watched the news this morning and they said that it is going to be sunny tomorrow.                           (evidence)
• We are going to visit grandma tonight.      (plans)
• I studied very well for this test, I am definitely going to get a higher grade than last time.                              (evidence)

• We use future present when we're talking about things that happen according to a time table

• Present simple form

• School starts at 08:20 AM.                              (time table)

• We use future continuous when we're talking about things that will (not) be going on in the future at a certain time/place
