Time to explain the project
TIME TO EXPLAIN THE PROJECT

- The project consists of two parts: a research part and a creative part.
- All the information is in the assignment, which I will show you in a minute.
- You can work alone, or in pairs.
- If you work in pairs, you need to speak English at all times to get the points for speaking English. If you work alone, you get those points for free because you did all the work yourself.
- An evaluation of your own work is part of the project, as is a log describing who did what, and time spent.
- The assignment is in Teams. That's where you hand it in as well.
- You hand in your work in a Word-file. Not in PDF!
- Your work is checked for plagiarism
- For each day your work is late, you lose a point.
- There will be time to work on it in class every week.

Now let's take a quick look!

Test
Let's take a look at your test. I will give you the correct answers to the test in the testweek. I'll have to hang onto the reading test because I'm not going to talk you through  two tests in one class.  This looking at the test is going to take a while and it's going to be dead-boring so let's do it as quickly as we can.

While I'm taking you through the test, keep a marker, highlighter or different colour pen at hand and CIRCLE  everything you want me to take another look at. I will take another look. Doesn't mean I will make any changes though.

Finally, fill in the test evaluation.

Things to work on today
- Read through the entire project so that you know what to do.
- Decide whether you want to work alone or with a partner. In the latter case: with whom are you going to work?
- Create the document that you will hand in later. Make sure you have a cover page with your name(s).
- Wouldn't hurt if you knew how to create an automatic table of contents in Word. Want to know? Let me know!
