What is sustainability?

Definition

Sustainability means meeting our own needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. In addition to natural resources, we also need social and economic resources.

Give examples of social resources

Social resources means support or assistance available to a client from family, friends, neighbors, community organizations such as churches, civic groups, or senior centers, or other agencies providing services to residents of the community.
