Met deze woorden beschrijf je dingen of dingen je doet.

Met deze woorden maak je je Engelse zinnen duidelijker en mooier

door het goed te beschrijven wat je maakt of juist doet.

Adjectives (bijvoeglijk naamwoorden)

Met deze woorden beschrijf je een zelfstandig naamwoord (mens/dier/ding)

Het zegt iets over hoe iets of iemand is

Voorbeelden van dit soort woorden: mooi, lelijk, makkelijk, handig, lang, kort..

adverbs (bijwoorden)

De bijvoeglijk naamwoorden veranderen in bijwoorden als het geen

mens/dier/ding beschrijft, maar het beschrijft wat je doet.

Je zet er dan -ly achter: beautiful = beautifully

This is a very easy recipe                                 You are going to do this very easily.

The laptop is very slow.                                    You have to work very slowly.
