So what can I do?
  • Cut down on processed food and saturated fats and high salts - eg crisps, chips, chocolate sweets, fizzy drinks. That does not mean do not eat them; it means eat them in moderation.
  • Try drink more water; It will flush out the toxins!
  • Find fruits or vegetables you actually enjoy and incorporate them into your diet!
  • Avoid energy drinks; they give short bursts of energy but are full of caffeine (caffeine impairs sleep and concentration) Instead try add more carbs into your diet!
  • Sleep - Not only is it fun but also helps keep us healthy
  • Eat regularly, full and balanced meals
