  • Gebruik je om te verwijzen naar gewoontes en situaties in het verleden.
  • NL --> 'Vroeger ... '
  • Vorm werkwoord : used to + het hele werkwoord

  • Did ... use to + hele werkwoord
  • LET OP! je gebruikt al verleden tijd bij 'did' dus krijg je 'use to' en geen 'used to'
  • Did he use to cycle to school every day?

  • LET OP! ook hier weer geen -d achter use omdat je de verleden tijd al gebruikt heb in didn't.
