How you can maintain your spinal column properly.

Spinal column
Your spinal column is a very important collection of bones in your body. Without one, you can't stand up straight. It consist of 30 vertebrae, with interverbral discs inbetween.

Slide 3 - Tekstslide

Interverbral discs
These interverbral discs consist of cartilage on the outside and a gelatinous core in the middle. These make movement inbetween the vertebrae possible and act as shock breakers.

Slide 4 - Tekstslide

Spinal column
You spinal column has a double S-shape. Which evenly spreads the weight of your body across your back. Keeping a double S-shape by having a good posture wears the spinal column as little as possible.
