The seven steps of eating sustainable
1. Eat less meat
2. Waste less food. Only buy what you need.
3.  Eat what your body needs. Avoid snacks and candy
4. Mainly drink tapwater, tea and coffee
5. Eat adequate amounts of dairy and cheese. No more than necessary.
6. Choose seasonal products and look at the product's origin
7. Choose products that have an environmental friendly sticker.

The assignment part 1
Put together a menu (3 courses) that is sustainable and tasty. 
 For each course you will think of 3 sustainable options.
Appetizers (3)/main course(3)/desserts (3)
Find the recipes and make your menu. Use pictures or drawings to decorate your menu.
Get an A3 piece of paper and make/draw a beautifully decorated menu with your group including all the courses
